We are excited to share that the first meeting for the Agrilearn project took place at ITML’s premises in Athens on the 11th of December. Representatives from all consortium partners attended, contributing to a vibrant exchange of ideas and expertise that sets the stage for a fruitful collaborative journey ahead.
Meeting Highlights:
- Introduction of Partners:
Each partner introduced their organization, shared their activities, and outlined their contributions to the Agrilearn project.
- Project Overview:
The coordinator, IOTAM, presented an in-depth breakdown of the project, including detailed work packages (WPs) and overall planning. A Gantt Chart of the agreed activities for the two-year project duration was also unveiled.
- Logo Selection:
An official project logo was chosen through a collaborative vote, marking a significant milestone for Agrilearn.
- Implementation Plan:
The coordination team designed a 6-month implementation plan, establishing specific milestones for the first quarter of the project.
- Next Steps:
The meeting concluded with the agreement on the next steps and the establishment of a monthly online meeting for the core team to ensure ongoing collaboration and progress.
